Why would you purposely leave something that collects dust and dirt on ammunition ? Not to mention it's not needed for function?

Agreed, however they definately slide easier into magazines when loading and I am sure they feed easier into the chamber.

I sometimes use a little lube on my bigger cases, just a touch. Although not magazine loaded, it helps with my .357.

I'm gonna run these as fast as I can out of a 6" barrel with Longshot and see how they do as a hunting round.

I'll take a chamber not scratched by grit sticking to my brass over any perceived benefit of lube on cases.

If you want to lube your bullets, lightly spray them with silicone. Tip from Jerry Miculek.

As mentioned, I mostly got this for my handgun brass and Range pick up brass. But, as some here mentioned and the reviews suggested, the more full the hopper, the better the results. Therefore, I'm polishing/cleaning batches of handgun brass and throwing rifle brass in for filler. Seems to be working pretty darn well!!

Careful with the brass cleaner, some of it contains ammonia which weakens brass.

I doubt the frankford arsenal does.

Thanks for the heads up, though.

    Avoid Brasso.

    Use stuff made for firearms.

It's one area where home brewed or a non-firearm substitute could get you into trouble.
