Little bit of facelift for my rifle

I've been lazily searching for a simple leather sling for my rifle. I wanted it to be affordable (read: cheap) and simple plain Jane sling. Last week I stumbled into it in Etzy. Some one made these in Ukraine. It looked nice in the pictures and it was affordable (read: cheap) so I bought it. Today I picked it up from the mail. It really was nice work. Sturdy leather that should last my lifetime in my rifle. Now I think my rifle looks nice.
For the dinner we barbecued some deer burgers. Great sunny day here in Finland!
16th of May starts spring buck hunt here for the roe deer. Can't wait!

    That'll work.
My Dad always used a hasty sling. I tried it, but found I like a regular military sling the best.

You have great tastes in firearms Turdus. That sling put just the right touch on an already classy set up.

Good instinct. Rifle like that needs either leather or canvas web.
