    I agree. I got mine for a good deal. They're out there. People that buy one, fire a few rounds and realize it's a bit much for them. Mine was the performance center. Think I got it for just over $1000. Sold it for $975. A 6 pound revolver is a big, gawdy gun. That's for sure. But surprisingly pleasant to shoot. Had 300 grain XTPs going 2000 fps out of it. And not painful to shoot.

    I prefer the 500 in a 4" to the 460 in 8-10-12 whatever it was.
    I LOVED the .500 AAMOF.

    Nice shooting, pretty revolver. You are in mighty good shape for big game, when the opportunities come. If not, you can still wear out deer and hogs with something fun to shoot. :up:
