Shows still funny after all these years.:roll2:

Decided while I was sewing, to whip out some more Muscle-Bustle Pillows (tm) as we sold the last of them save one before I left California - and the one that I hauled out to Florida sold just after I got here.

Anyway, wanted to make 3 black ones - and ran out of ribbon after the first. Michael's tomorrow, might as well get some more black lace while I'm there as I'm almost out of that too. Will make black with black lace, and black with red lace, with the third without lace held in reserve for when one of the others sells or I get a custom request.

Then on to white with white lace, then we should be stocked pretty well.

Then I need to crank out some sistra, but those take longer. Decided my granddaughter needs one for Xmas - I'll probably just make her a "Barcoo Dog" as a sistrum would be too large for her at this stage of her little life. Still, it will be enough to annoy her parents!

Long, hot day. I'm whipped, and generally in a pissy mood. Best place for me is in bed to sleep it off.

Crap. The first Bustle Pillow with red lace turned into a pile of crap. I might be able to pick it apart and save the satin and/or the ribbon - or I may just have to toss it. It happens from time-to-time, going to bed in moderate disgust...

Generally I agree with the whole concert experience...not worth it...however, Boston and Joan Jett are playing this weekend about 1/2 hour from me and I admit I'm tempted, just to see them in person. Will I? Most likely not...Joan is married and so am I, so the tiny chance of a hook up is already dashed... :jester:
Wife and I are going to see Ratt next weekend. Then in October ( depending on new job status) we will see Scorpions and Megadeth....

Needed some lube for my mower. There's four rods that hold the deck , and allow adjustment by putting a cotter pin in whichever hole you like. They need a shot of slickum now and again to keep them moving free. Was using some overhead door lube I got from the door guy, but ran out of that. Used wd40, and it worked ok but needed something else. Saw a stay can of white lithium grease. Hmmm. Let's try this.
Horrible idea. It gets both where you point the nozzle, as well as everywhere else. it's the bukaki of lubricants.

NoVa traffic continues to suck wet monkey butt. Was on my way from a doctor's appt to work, in the tail-end of the daily slog on I-66. The guy in the hybrid behind apparently didn't notice the rest of us had stopped, so now I get to see the body shop later for an estimate. Yay me.

Luckily I have a 2" stainless bumper bar in my hitch receiver, which took most of the hit. Still bunged up my day.

Never been a fan of spray lithium. Go back to your door guy, or look into Amsoil red spray grease. It doesn't dry out like lithium, doesn't run like most penetrants and shoots a fairly accurate stream. If you do your part, it'll goo where it's supposed to.

Course these days they have TV commercials with all kinds of he/she pleasure lotions being advertised that were only mentioned in smut mags not that many years ago.................

I had a gen 1 Pathfinder 30-odd years ago and never should have sold it. Delightful little revolver!

    Fluid film.

The more I use this stuff, the more I like it. Great for drive chains. Lubed the one on the hay elevator last year, it was still lubed when I pulled the elevator out this year.
