Last Weekend Buck

Due to my girlfriends volleyball team making state, my father being seriously sick over Thanksgiving, Ive had little time to deer hunt. I shot this buck this morning at 375 yds. It's the longest shot I've made on a deer. I used my M70 in 264 Winchester mag with a 130 gr Barnes TSX. Took him through both lungs about 30 minutes after sunrise. Steak and eggs for breakfast!

    That's a long shot. Very cool rifle/cartridge.

Heck of a shot, should be a good eater with that feed you are kneeling in.

Nice shooting, 264 is a real fire breather. I always wondered why it never was as popular as the 7 mm.

It was widely purported to be a "barrel burner"....never found that to be the case with either of mine....
