You can make a shoulder rig work. I sometimes wear one under my jacket to church on Sunday. Requires practice, practice, practice. But they are very comfortable.

Just a personal observation, being tall and skinny, I only weigh 145 lbs. I can not wear a IWB CC, even tried a suede lined holster with a Ruger LCP 380, they chafe on my hip bone, the most comfortable for me are the Bianchi OWB, and even than i wear them more toward the back than on the hip. My normal CC are a 1911 .45 or Charter Arms .44 spc.
Any of you other skinny guys have this problem ??

Word to the wise, if you use a pocket holster like the Remora, use it as it was designed to be used.....in a pocket. A friend of mine was using the DeSantis pocket holster similar a Remora, but was using it as an IWB holster. A couple of weeks ago he had to pull his gun to stop a knife attack and the holster came out with the gun. He had to sweep the holster off the gun with his other hand. Luckily the thug fled when he realized he had literally brought a knife to a gunfight. :guns: The thug didn't get far, police caught up with him a few blocks away. What may appear to work fine in practice may not work so well in an emergency with the adrenaline flowing.

I wore a Remora with a P-64 in it for 12 hours today, drove over 500 miles, and did mechanical inspections on two cars. No strain, no pain, and I almost forgot I was packing, occasionally. I wear mine over my right kidney- - - -best position I've found for long distance driving- - - -maybe not the best for a quick draw?
