    New Hovel

Well, it's time to get busy living again. Apartment life is over as of......well as soon as I get it cleared! Maybe Friday...Saturday for sure.

Closed on this place today, and starting the moving process tomorrow. Pretty excited. First time I've been excited about anything since my life upheaval a year ago.

Great irony, after my ex-wife evicted me 51 weeks ago, I moved into my apartment on 1 of 2 crummy days that last winter presented. I'm now going to move on the 2nd crummy day of this winter

    Must be good luck!

Will send pics when the painting is finished and fully moved in.

I see it has a roof and a garage. If theres a toilet with a magazine rack in the house, you have all of the essentials!

    Good luck with it.

That's looking like a nice place to start enjoying your little slice of heaven again. Moving sucks, as does fix-er-up work, but it's yours and you have your independence back. Congrats!

I gotta get back up your way. You have a such an incredible state to enjoy up there in SD.

Congratulations! Looks like a very nice place. Since I sold the ranch I've moved so much that I just go from one rental to another. Looking forward to setting roots at some point.

This fall will make 30 years since we bought our little piece of Tennessee. I hope the next time I move out it will be to a very small piece of real estate with a very long lease- - - -about six feet deep! I hate moving!

Be careful of what you wish for Jerry! None of us want you to ever leave the farm...

Nice new digs. I can only remember how living alone in my own style used to be... weight room, separate office, no one sharing the safe... ho hum!

Very nice! I love watching the home improvement shows. I just hate doing the home improvement.

NICE! Remember to put your "smell" on every corner of the yard at midnight to mark your territory!
