I watched the press conference, and watched Obama sign the 23 executive orders, but what did he sign?

Clearly they want the Assault Weapons Ban re-inacted, and a ban on hi cap mags, but what about existing guns and magazines?

I thought it was a poor press conference, full of emotion and empty of facts.
