Many thanx to Larry and the rest of you distinguished gentlemen for your good wishes. As the old saying goes, had I known I would last this long, I'd have taken better care of myself. I do tell myself that, but I'm not sure there's a word of truth to it. I subscribe to that school of thought that believes when one finally slides into home plate, he should be spent, exhausted, used up, and thinking to himself, Christ, what a ride!
