    Need a little help locating a part.

    So simple, it's stupid. I'm trying to find a front sling stud that fits a REM 700 VLS.

    Should be easy to find, but maybe my google-foo is lacking.

    Thanks for any pointers.

    I have purchased several packs of sling studs from Walmart that have a couple wood screw sling studs and a 10-32 stud. I think they were Uncle Mikes. I probably still have a couple of the short wood screw studs laying around.
    I am afraid we forget sometime that the basic and simple things brings us the most pleasure.

    You might have to drill and countersink the inside of the hole.
