Can I replace trigger on M&P 9C to mimic Ruger SR9C?

I have both the Ruger SR9C and the SW M&P9c. I have arthitis in my hands and a fused trigger finger so it doesn't move much. I really love the trigger on the Ruger which doesn't have a lot of travel. I was wondering if there was a way to change the trigger on the SW Mp9C to have a similar trigger travel to the Ruger. With my finger not moving much, by the time the SW breaks, my hand turns the gun and I am always shooting left.

Also, I am thinking of checking out the Glock Gen4 and Springfield XDM both in 9mm as well. Same question with these.

With the Glock, you can put in a lighter tigger connector. LMLarsen posted a pick of a replacement trigger for the M&P (Apex?), not sure if it lightens it up though.
