Or in other words, discarded AT4 tubes that are about as deadly as a length of PVC pipe, and not good for much more than a training aid or a novelty lamp. The article even states that, but of course people are ignoring it.

Fun fact, the military categorizes the AT4 as "ammunition," as opposed to a weapon.
