CO license back door is up

Only works if you were applying for a tag and had points. Search for "preference points" and enter your CID# and birthday and it'll show your current points. If you applied for a tag with points, and it says 2013 points - 0 that means you got your first choice! If you had no points and applied for a gimme tag you'll have to wait until it posts in the next 3-5 weeks.

Checked mine....mule deer points 2013 - 0

I got my tag!! Only took 6 years of waiting

Haven't checked out the link, but anything's gotta be better than the old way.

Tennessee has its own "back door" system- - - - -I can bushwhack 3 does a day, right out my back (or front) door, from September to January! 3 bucks all season, but the does have virtually no limit.

Well I'm sure if our deer were overpopulated to the point of almost being a pest, we'd probably have a season like some other states as well

As far as being hard to figure out, we consider it an aptitude test to be able to hunt here. :jester:

I get four deer tags, one being a buck, turkey, including fish, trout. everything except Elk and waterfowl and trapping. all for $5.00.(senior license) Elk cost $10.00 to put in for a draw, then if drawn costs $30.00.

MHS, for the last few years i lived in Co. i and friends were always able to get a muley tag in GMU 39 with no preference points 2ed season, its hard hunting, but worth it. If you want more info on where i hunted shoot me a IM.

Jay I will hit you up about that for sure, since getting another tag in my usual areas will probably take me until I'm in my 40's to draw again haha.

Congrats, Dan! I'm going to start stockpiling points in your state and see what happens...however, we'll see how the political situation pans out before I make that call. Regardless, great to see all of those points finally got you your tag. Best of luck!
