I'm sorry, I just don't get these extra capacity magazines. My SPR and carbine are heavy enough without 60 rounds in a mag, and frankly if I can't deal with something in 30 rounds, I'm toasted anyway.

    Ftttht...

Really? My WIFE's favorite AR is a 20" with a full bull barrel and a big ol' scope on it... that thing weighs a lot more than a carbine.

Colorado orders must get in the front of the line due to our July 1 problem. MP sent a shipping notice today, while the notice on the web site apologizes for a multiple week delay in shipping due to volume.

That is pretty much why I bought them. Oh, and a snub to CO legislature member with 3 convictions of theft and check fraud. No, surprize that she is also in management at United Airlines. Those convictions are probably a resume enhancement.

I read somewhere that they are still in negotiations and didn't want to release the info until they had a deal worked out. He was thinking sometime in mid-July when they would be able to release the info.

AND AGAIN: Magpul to sell and give away 30 round mags in a park in Glendale. Glendale is an enclave, completely surrounded by Denver. It is its' own city and not subject to the Notinghamshire of Denvers' Mag restrictions.

When Magpul moves from Colorado to a state that better appreciates the jobs and tax revenue that the firm provides, naturally it will be Colorado's loss and a friendlier state's gain. Maybe Texas?

Whichever, Magpul will be announcing their move destination by the end of July.
