If you still live in Tucson.. Could you do me two huge favors..

One, stop by Los Betos and get a carnie asada burro with pico and sour cream... Then tell me they are still awesome.

Two, stop by eegee's and get a 6 inch grinder ... And do the same..

Besides old west guns, those are the only things I miss from Tucson

I stop by Los Betos regularly, but on my carne asada burrito I have them hold the guacamole (yuck, I hate guacamole) and substitute cheese. YUMM. I also stop regularly at eegee's, but I get the full length grinder and the flavor of the month. July is Watermelon, next month is Cherry-Pineapple. I live a mile away from Kolb and Golf Links, and on the norththeast corner of the intersection is a shopping center with my Wells Fargo bank, a truly awesome big-box 99 cent store, and a Los Betos, eegee's, and a KFC right in a row. It's heaven.

I actually know that intersection very well...My ex lived off that intersection many years ago....South west Corner. I haven't been through Tucson in over 10 years now.

There used to be a Pawn Shop on East Golf Links, going towards Pantano, that she pawned my GP 100 and few other guns at...One of the many reasons she is the Ex...

Glad to hear the food is still good!!

That pawn shop on Golf Links between Kolb and Pantano is still there - but I'm sorry to say I don't think your GP100 is.
