Batman's Rifle? (Does anyone have any Idea what this is?)

Saw it posted on Facebook. Is it just a movie prop or is it something that could be done to get a functioning rifle?

Probably has a "BANG" flag that pops out when fired. Also, could be a weapon from the game GAYLO ...er...ah....(cough)....hmmm...HALO.

The three pins going through the barrel might slow the bullet down a bit but I could be wrong.

You could make a stock like that out of plastic or fiberglass to cover almost any type of action........... Don't know why you would.... but you could.

Agree that it's essentially an overdone and non-functional artistic prop. But if I were a kid, I'd want one for Saturday afternoon playtime with my pals.

    I'm thinking it's a plasma rifle.

Well he did... a long time ago when the comic first started, but it has been a long time since then..

    Fixed it !

Perhaps it was by the same folks that designed the Jokers telescoping revolver.
