Howdy!
I am a returning member and was one of the founding members of the old site from back in 2001/2002. I see quite a few old friends are still here and reading through archives I see that a few have passed on. Anyway its good to be back.

Have you been in a Turkish Prison..

So you were around in the Jim Rice days...Back before or around the time Marshal Dan showed up...and Matt was still too young to drive.

    Trying to recall the name...

Howdy Woodsrunner! last I heard you and Jerry were playing around with chunk guns at the Alvin York match down in TN. I'm still into blackpowder but not as active with it as I was a few years back. Mostly into civil war era guns and cowboy era guns.

Yep I was here in the Jim Rice days I arrived not long after Marshall Dan became a mod for the old site. I remember most of the crazyness on the site back then. I had been involved with a couple of other shooters forums over the past 12 years.

Ah Yes! Now I remember.....BLACK POWDER! Jerry still plays around with the York Shoot, but my eyesight is too poor now! Hell, I'm 75 years old :zzzz: Traded my chunkgun to Jerry to get his grandkids into shooting at York, and that's been a success! If you get the American Traditions Magazine which just hit the newsstands this week, my New England Fowler with the 51 inch barrel is on the cover.

Welcome back! It's good to see some of the old time posters coming back. I first join in 2006 so I don't remember you but remeber seeing your name in the archives. The forum has changed but we still have some very good people on here that will share their knowledge without hesitation.

Not sure when I first came on board, '02 or '03?
    I'll bet SS3 remembers

Welcome back Mike. I too am a founding member, but as you can see, that title has been scrapped by the powers that be. Remember Gunnyragg?

Hi Dan, Good seeing you again too! Howdy Buford! Still into heavy recoil? SS3, I remember when you first joined the old forum. JbOhio, I been involved with admin on a couple other shooters boards, not as active on the forums these days. Hi Wambli Ska! Thanks for the welcome back guys!

Howdy Gunwalker, I remember you! I understand that the G&A site went through a couple of serious crashes. I remember when they switched over from the original forum to the second one and lost most of the archives. I heard that they lost all the archives and all the old database in the last crash and had to set this forum up from scratch. Yes I remember Gunnyragg he's still around I've been out of contact with him for a few years, I understand that he has a gunshop down in South Texas and deals with some class 3 stuff he's also become a published novelist.

Oh you mean the the gun toting, vegan, animal rights activist. liberal from San Francisco? I'll never forget that pic Jim Rice posted of an Elvis impersonater calling SanFranGun "The King of San Francisco" I recall when Marshall Dan banned SanFranGun it turns out that SanFranGun was an alt troll account created by Jim Nance After Dan banned him.
