And this is which NFL team? Or are you referring to a semi-pro team? ha ha

Fair enough, how many teams from Texas have 15 National championships? Oh that's right NONE! Add all the Texas D1 Nat. Titles together and I doubt it totals 15.

As for the pros, until Houston gets a QB that is good all year, not just 2/3 of the games, they ain't doin squat. To bad, I like Kubes, he was a Bronco his whole clipboard holding career. It will be the Broncos and SF in the SB this yr, you heard it here first.

Just kidding of course, Crimson Tide is a great semipro team and has won a lot, as they deserve. And rooting for your alma mater is fun -- I have to wait till basketball season to root for my Kansas Jayhawks. I couldn't care less about Texas college teams however, as I've only been a small level postgrad student at Houston-area colleges and have no real loyalty there. Myself, I find it hard to develop sports loyalty to a collegiate team if you've not been an undergrad student there, so for me, it's the Univ of Kansas Jayhawks. The A&M Aggies or UT Longhorns or Univ of Houston Cougars or whomever don't float my boat.

I can envision the 49ers in the SB but not the Broncos. They just aren't that strong, even with Peyton. I'd guess they could win their division, maybe go 1 round deep into the playoffs. And although I'd put the Texans as a notch better than the Broncos I can't expect them to make it to the Super Bowl, my best guess being that they are runners up in that regard. Still, the Texans are noticeably stonger than least season and that's how it's done, step at a time, you first have a better than 50-50 season, then make the playoffs, then go one game deep in the playoffs, then are in the final four, etc.

Of course this is all just speculation at this time.
