Don't know if I mentioned. October is going to be interesting. My first grand child is expected. In honor of the little tyke, I posted a little children's book on my blog that I'll probably try to get published in the near future. It will make for a nice bed-time story.
The painting on the blog was a watercolor my sister did before she was killed by a dope head driving too fast and running a stop sign out in Mesa Arizona.

Grandkids are much easier to enjoy than your own kids.
That is the mistake we made, we should have gone straight to grandchildren, left the kids till last.
Dad always used to joke that he didn't have any complaints being a granddad. It was sleeping with a grandma that bothered him. (soon after which he'd be smacked by a rolled up newspaper, ha ha)
