Biker Discrimination. Again.

Members of the Warlocks Motorcycle Club are at a movie theater. Another patron supposedly sees a knife, so the police are called. They remove the Warlocks at gunpoint, search them, and find no knife, nothing illegal at all.

Removing and detaining them at gunpoint was probably prudent. I wonder if the "rifles" (probably submachine guns) were warranted or really wise in a theater, but that's irrelevant.
However, the theater refused them readmittance. Since they had already allowed them in and the bikers had done nothing illegal, does the theater have any method of then excluding the bikers? No mention was made of them being rowdy or intentionally disturbing patrons.

Just read the article: no wonder they got the boot...it was hoyty toyty Winter Park Village, with their own cops likely. No toleration for biker gangs over there.
If I recall correctly, a folding knife with less than 4" blade is ok concealed without a license. Any fixed or folding knife can be carried openly wherever weapons aren't prohibited, but a folder with >4" blade, or fixed knife concealed, you'd better have a CWP.

While I lived and rode in Hawaii, I always carried a 6" fixed blade knife on my belt in plain sight. Only once, a young HPD officer came over and asked me why I had such a big knife. I said, "Because I work in a Harley shop." He nodded his head and walked away. I told my HPD pals about the incident and they said I just confused him. It's legal to carry in Hawaii. There are some restrictions such as switchblades, double edged, etc. But it's also a very gun unfriendly state.
Google RICO , OMGs , and Warlocks.
Yeah, but they had already taken their money and allowed them to be seated....
German or creamy? Nothing like a woman in a bikini smelling like coleslaw to strike a young mans fancy.
Gah! Its like a Japanese monster movie. Those girls have been eating too many cheeseburgers.
Good luck to the newleywed explaining why these photos are on the computer:spittingcoffee:.
