Tuesdays - Whacha drinkin tonight.
My work week is over and off through Thanksgiving. I got home a little while ago aver a 13.5 hour day and whooped up a batch of Espresso Martinis. I learned to make these a few years ago after falling in love at a local Martini bar here in town.

I figured I would have 1-2 while I contemplate if I'm going to the ranch to hunt or do family time with the in-laws. Wife already gave her blessing to miss the festivities (God bless her). She feels sorry for me because I had to miss last weekend so I am thinking I'll pack up in the morning and head out for a couple of days, just me by myself in the woods. I really enjoy the quiet time alone once in a while.

Somebody should be sitting on you lap, happy birthday.
I am having a 1 year old Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, aging it a year is a good thing.
Sure you did.

Can't beat Well Water, All we have to drink here water wise, comes out of the ground at a cool 55 degrees all year round. Lime stone filtered and just wonderful.

I second that. My well pumps 15 GPM and is 45°F year round. So cold that it hurts your hands to wash with straight cold water.
Oh, tonight my drink is Diet Pepsi right out the can.

Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.... now who's bringing the hot wings? :jester:
The 18's I've had are almost too smooth. When I drink scotch, it has to taste like scotch. A couple of 18's I've had taste about like a good Canadian.
If I had to pick 1 single malt for the rest of my life: Glenlivet 12yr
JMHO
That's the one. Everybody tells me Glenfiddich is the best, but I mostly can't tell the difference, and slightly favor the Glenlivet. Somebody gave me a Christmas sampler of the 15 and 18 yo, and both were very good, but nobody locally sells either.
Recoil is how you know primer ignition is complete.
I had an 21st Amendment ipa, now an Ezra Brooks and Pepsi.
