Another electronics question.
Son #2 had his IPod touch go blank on him, screen won't light up, again, fixable/worth fixing or toss it, anybody try to repair one with Apple customer service?

Left it on charge over night, no change. Do the batteries on these crap out, it is only about 2 years old if that?
depending on how old it is and if its still under warranty or an extended warranty, apple may fix or replace it.
one of my friends was fixing them for extra $$$ since the first couple gens were easy to fix and many people were selling them since they were broke and didnt want the hassle of DIY.
you can google the issue and see what comes up. I wouldnt be surprised if its an known issue and there is probably a utube vid of a fix.
