From "Tango and Cash". The whole movie is full of quotable stuff.

[Tango grabs a hefty submachine gun and hands Cash a pistol]

    Ray Tango: Here.

Gabriel Cash: Aw, c'mon, how come yours is bigger than mine?

    Ray Tango: Genetics, peewee.

Interpreter: Detective Cash assaulted me. He put a chair on my chest and sat on it.

Gabriel Cash: [Tango looks at Cash, surprised] I couldn't find a piano.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer”

Lord, make me fast and accurate. Let my aim be true and my hand faster than those who would seek to destroy me. Grant me victory over my foes and those that wish to do harm to me and mine. Let not my last thought be “If only I had my gun”; and Lord if today is truly the day that You call me home, let me die in a pile of brass.

A couple from the book 'Moby Dick' that have been lodged in my head for at least 45 years. It was odd hearing those words in the movie "Star Trek The Wrath of Khan". I haven't read or heard any more certain words of purpose and revenge anywhere else.

"Aye, aye! and I’ll chase him round Good Hope, and round the Horn, and round the Norway Maelstrom, and round perdition’s flames before I give him up."

"…to the last I grapple with thee; from hell's heart I stab at thee; for hate's sake I spit my last breath at thee."

You can rob me, you can starve me, and you can beat me and you can kill me. Just don't bore me.

Wrong! Conan! What is best in life?
To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

Fire and wind come from the sky, from the gods of the sky. But Crom is your god, Crom and he lives in the earth. Once, giants lived in the Earth, Conan. And in the darkness of chaos, they fooled Crom, and they took from him the enigma of steel. Crom was angered. And the Earth shook. Fire and wind struck down these giants, and they threw their bodies into the waters, but in their rage, the gods forgot the secret of steel and left it on the battlefield. We who found it are just men. Not gods. Not giants. Just men. The secret of steel has always carried with it a mystery. You must learn its riddle, Conan. You must learn its discipline. For no one - no one in this world can you trust. Not men, not women, not beasts.[Points to sword] This you can trust.

Crom, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. No one, not even you, will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought, or why we died. All that matters is that two stood against many. That's what's important! Valor pleases you, Crom... so grant me one request. Grant me revenge! And if you do not listen, then to HELL with you!
    Meh.
