Can't remember this one... Favorite .22 handgun?

What's your favorite .22 handgun? And why?
For me it's the Colt Woodsman, Match Target to be precise. JMB designed, accurate, reliable, and just so smooth. A real classic.

What do you like?

On the wish list would be the Browning Medalist or the S&W model 41

Although, I did really like Tennmike's MkI as well.

But my Ruger 22/45 has been my main .22 for a long time and its not going anywhere just yet.
What? Dan Wesson makes a nice revolver :jester:

This S&W is a very close second. Accurate, reliable.
Athough to be fair, I've never shot a S&W 41...... Hope to rectify that someday.. Only other model I have considered buying is the trailside.
This^^ - in my case, the Mk II. It ain't pretty, but it puts 'em where you aim better than any other .22 pistol I've ever fired.

no luck.
Anyway, it's accurate, dependable, easy to field strip (and re-assemble) and has a great 1911 style trigger. Had it for over 20 years with no plan on parting with it.

Savage 101 - unique/nifty single shot.
Colt ACE - my first colt automatic. first and only idiot scratch. shoots nice too.
Colt Diamondback - my first colt revolver. well built and puuuuurty.
CZ Kadet - what can you say. Its a CZ.
S&W K22/M17 - a nice revolver for the $$$ especially the olders ones.
Colt SAA 22s - like like the short barrel versions and the PM since they are fun in a small package.

Been kicking 41 butt for about 50 years
Great trigger,Precise and perfect grip angle
I like the CZ Kadet a lot. Would also love to have one of those old long barreled Hi Standards or a S&W 41.
