Saw the Movie "Zoo." And later saw a brief video of one of his encounters. Pretty disturbing and sick, and I understand he had visitors from all over as participants. For which he charged. I didn't actually believe the movie, which didn't actually state what it was about. That's why I checked it out on youtube. Unbelievable.
It's not against the law in Washington.
