Gun show in Minot today so had to go see the guy that was selling the Kahr CW45 and also found a 98 Turkish action that I couldn't pass up.
Paid $363 + tax for the Kahr and $180 for the action which has sporter bolt handle, sporter safety, drilled and tapped for scope base and reblued.

Nice grab, I have a CW45 and just love that gun! I carry it a lot and have found it to be very accurate and reliable.

Sweet! What are the plans for the action?

I would be hard pressed to pass up the Kahr at that price, how many magazines did you get with it? First Kahr?

Nice to hear and I did buy it with carry in mind in fact the guy I bought it from gives a ccw class and said he will give me a call for the next one.

Funny thing the dealer I bought it from said that for some reason people around here just don't buy them.

I have a CW9 and am very impressed with it. The .45 was a consideration, but I already have the DXs.

Nice score at a great price. I am a well known Kahr fan, and the CW 45 was one of my earliest buys years ago. Get your mags direct from Kahr and be done with it. Burn 200 rounds of the cheapest ammo you can find to break it in. Then do your accuracy and reliability testing to find the best performing load. When you settle on a carry load, buy a case or two and yer set. :win:

Good grief! Those 30 Turk rifles I paid $29.95 each for are like money in the bank!

Sad part was that Big 5 had Turkish rifles a few years back for $48.00 and I only bought one.
The only ones I have seen lately complete rifle for $175.00 and actions $150 and this one for $180.

    Rifle nearly complete.
