Biggest bunch of sorry SOBS in our nations history are at it again. They skirt our constitution and use every policy/agency to promote their anti-gun agenda. Here is just one more example.

Oh well , what did I expect from the creators of Fast and Furious and the IRS targeting of the Tea Party non-profits

Oh, this backhanded stuff has been used by a lot of administrations from both sides of the isle , but these clowns are beyond the pale. Clinton screwed gun enthusiasts pro 2A royally, the EPA is being used to force "Green Energy" down our throats and about put the coal industry outta business with new restrictions. Same with some unrealistic regulations on the automotive industry to produce cars that get crazy mileage by a certain date.

Bad business is bad business, but each legal business/proposed business should be judged on their merits, credit history, assets, collateral and so forth not on some anti-gun agenda threatening banking institutions with audits/ seizures/frozen assets if they have gun industry related customer accounts.

Gun related industries are now categorized the same as the Porn Industry as "Risky Business" or should that be Risque Business.

I read where 7 outta 10 new small businesses (no matter what they are marketing/ providing) go under within the first 5 or 7 years, I guess our beloved GOVT has decided if it's gun business they will make it almost impossible to even give it a go.

In their book, if you can not win fairly, cheat.
Talk about going the back door route, these clowns need to be voted out of office.

The marijuana retailers in Colorado are dealing with the FDIC gestapo as well. The FDIC told them if they deposit money from MJ sales the Feds will confiscate it. All of these people are now forced to keep piles of cash which opens them up to criminals and many other risks.

Smaller banks that are not FDIC insured were also told to refuse deposits of MJ businesses. Of course the Feds still demand the taxes generated from the profits.

Once again B of A shows what douche bags they are and McMillan comes through and gives them a big fat bird!

"After McMillan Group owner Kelly McMillan publicized Bank of America’s action on his Facebook account, he found that thousands of small gun-shop owners across the country were in the same situation. Banks were either dropping them, freezing their accounts or refusing to process their online sales, so he opened a credit card processing company for the gun industry called McMillan Merchant Solutions."

I swear, anyone that voluntarily does business with B of A really needs to reconsider their choices.
    That's all I got.

I was against BOA before the McMillian deal. That issue of giving illegal aliens bank accounts soured me. My former employer did work in BOA, and I was CONSTANTLY hounded... "Open an account with us! We're great!" Finally was asked that by an employee I had a good relationship with, and told her why I wouldn't. (I had to be VERY careful saying such things) She "unofficially" agreed with me, and said several folks had canceled accounts because of it.

My wife was banking with them when they brought the "Bank Amigo Card". (Thanks Rush Limbaugh.)

She called and told them it cost them her business.

Time for the NRA to get into the banking biz - start an institution dedicated to handling the deposits, checking, Internet transactions (call it "GunPal?"), and loan processing for the firearms industry and like-minded consumers (the porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops are on their own). And instead of the profits going to the "banksters" they would stay with the NRA and be used to support the fight. The NRA already has credit cards and insurance operations going, so this might not be that big a leap.

"Thank you for calling First National High Risk Bank. How may I help you today?"

Except for this short sighted, anti-capitalist nonsense:
(the porn stores and drug paraphernalia shops are on their own).

Why should the Feds dictate what businesses a bank can choose to work with? Allowing this BS for some businesses is how the Feds have used the precedence to target gun related businesses.

Like it or not, porn & drug paraphernalia always make a profit. That whole supply-demand thing.

I didn't say it was a great idea, simply that it was the most coherent thing horselips has said.

I would not bank with a political group anyway. I don't care if they do start out wanting the same political goals.
