MississippiBoy, I remembered listening to an NPR interview with him were he said he hated guns and didn't think anyone should have them,
I was reasonably confident it was him but not 100%, Internet search didn't turn anything up so I retracted my comment. I was always told not to speak ill of the dead, so I pulled my comment that I couldn't back up, still pretty sure it was him I heard though, but I liked his acting anyway so the point is moot.
