Actually it looks like a chunk of aluminum that had been shaped with a wood rasp.
That's not a second bolt handle, it's the safety.
I didn't know it was possible to make one of those worse...............
but they did!
Looks more like a magazine than a clip.
That sure does look like my AMT 30 Carbine magazine.
It says in the description that there is no serial number......
