To ship ammunition you must not use the United States Postal Service. Ammunition sent privately is forbidden with USPS.
Shipping ammunition via UPS is acceptable and the details are available here:

UPS can be costly at times, but there is no extra charges for shipping ammunition (this is NOT applicable to powder and primers!)

Sent you e-mail, but not sure of delivery. Can non-loaded components (bullets, brass) be shipped through USPS as they do not contain any powder/ explosive compound, etc?
