The only alcohol free gas available here in high test.

So can that be used in small engines----lawn mower, chain saw, weed whacker, ele generator?

If so, is sta-bil good to put in the gas?

ALWAYS run high test in your small engines, weed hacker and saw, they like it mo betta. Fuel stabilizer wont hurt. If you are buying decent mix oil it has stabilizer in it already. I prefer sea foam simply for the cleaning on the scooter, but I have had no problems with sta-bil and I have both in the cabinet.

All of the non-ethanol gas around here is mid grade and I use it in everything but our vehicles. I will never use ethanol containing gas in any small engines under any circumstances.

I didn't know any grade of gasoline had no ethanol in it.

I didn't know high-test gasoline was ethanol free. Are we sure about this? Around here on the northern Gulf coast some stations sell marine engine grade gasoline for a hellova price, and that's what I use in small engines as well as my outboards.

That old Marine White used to work good in Coleman Gasoline Lanterns. Coleman makes fuel for em, but if you can get Marine White it works great and used to be cheaper.

Around here one station has ethanol free mid grade and a couple with ethanol free high-test, the rest all their gas has ethanol.

Phillips 66 around here does. About 8 miles away so I have to plan around it for the lawn mower.

I looked at 3 stations today....needed gasoline for my roto-tiller....and all 3 had 10% ethanol in all 3 grades of fuel sold. That may be just a Florida thing.

There's alcohol free gas available in Florida. Some in mid-grade, some in high. You will have to search.
