Amazing -- DC must now issue carry permits asap

Here's a story from Breitbart about a federal judge denying the DC attorneys request for delays in the "shall issue" ruling, not requiring that the person show cause for the permit.

Can you imagine the liberal bastion of Washington DC allowing concealed carry? Who woulda thunk it?

All I can say is that the federal judge better limber up whatever powers he has to enforce his rulings, because they will use all of the 'dog ate my homework' excuses to avoid it. Nobody is more adept at foot-dragging than a DC liberal.

Yep. They'll come up with a half dozen administrivial hurdles for people to jump in order to get a permit, while still barely staying within the letter of the law.

Shall issue ? there is a wow....

DC as any jurisdiction has always issued some type of carry permits, even if it is only special categories such as security guards or VIPs etc..... people can get them somehow.
