Maybe some justice for a JBT

There has been and indictment in the case of the SWAT raid, where the toddler took a flashbang to the face.

Some things I take away from this.

Quote from the CNN article
After the 2014 incident, Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell said that had his officers known there were children inside the home, they would have conducted the raid differently.

"We might have gone in through a side door. ... We would not have used a flash-bang," Terrell said.

How about knocking on the door and presenting a search warrant in the normal fashion. I guess common sense does not exist anymore.

Autry was not fired or disciplined by her dept, or State. It took the involvement of federal investigators to get the chance for justice in this case. Local PDs can piss off whenever the complain about oversite from state, and or federal authorities. If you are too gutless, or caught up with circling the wagons then you are a waste of life, and deserve to have someone breathing over your shoulder. If you do not want this sort of attention, then deal with it in house rather than sweep it under the rug.

The county is refusing to pay the medical bills. They can piss off and quit at life as well.

If this were my son, I won't say what I would have done. Sometimes courts get in the way of justice.
It's because I hate Trump.

Here's where I have a problem: If it's proven Ms. Autry provided false is that merely a violation of civil rights? Shouldn't that be a crime the same way it's a crime (obstructing justice) for you and I? ESPECIALLY if it's found that this has been done before (pattern of doing so)...
