IF YOU'RE A TRUMP FAN YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE TWO AUDIO CLIPS IN THE ATTACHED LINK. THE FIRST ONE IS AN INTERVIEW BY MSNBC AND TRUMP IS TALKING ABOUT HOW BIG A FAN HE IS OF CERTAIN DEMOCRAT POLICIES, AND HOW THE FINANCIAL CRISIS OF 2008 WAS REPUBLICANS FAULT. THE SECOND ONE IS BY MARK LEVIN WHO IS EXPLAINING THE POLICIES OF DEMOCRATS THAT LEAD TO THE FINANCIAL CRASH OF 2008. I WAS ON THE FENCE WITH HIM BEFORE THIS.....HE IS TOAST IN MY BOOK FROM NOW ON!!!!!! DON'T BLINDLY SUPPORT THIS GUY WITHOUT CHECKING HIM OUT BEYOND HIS PUBLIC RHETORIC!!!!

Yup. When all the dirt on Trump that got swept under the rug gets uncovered, he'll be buried.
If the U.S. Congress was put in charge of the Sahara Desert, there would be a shortage of sand in under six months.

Ha ! I felt that way about Trump after my Father explained what kind of guy Trump was in 1995, my Father was a smart man.

Like getting folks to actually think there is a problem with illegal immigration and the southern border and with how Statists Socialists & progressives have this country on the ropes and how politicians never change ? Trump has "evolved" on 2A/RTKBA as of late ...
  • DoctorWhoDoctorWho Senior Member Posts: 9,496 Senior Member
Yeah, Trump has evolved as far as gun rights, if by that new definition you mean Trump has realized that pushing an Anti Gun agenda is a losing proposition, just like the Democrats realize they can't win pushing an inflexible Gun control platform.

As CCW becomes common place, and more people realize that riots and entitlement gorged people wanting to take by force what they think they deserve but cannot aford and are unwilling to work for.

That Government does not have to protect individuals, and this current administration will not protect people from looters and beer soaked masses out to get huge screen televisions FREE ! Your television !

More people have realized protection comes from the ammo box, and not so much the ballot box.

I said in my OP that I was interested in Trump, and the immigration thing was one of the reasons, but I don't like being BS'd. You obviously didn't take the time to listen to the audio clips in the article. Amazing how some of these politicians tend to "evolve" when it suits them.

Can't we all agree calling Trump a Politician is incorrect , he is not a Beltway type or an urchin from Albany ...

Plus when he is officially dumped by the GOP he is certainly arrogant enough to make good his threat of running third party assuring a Dem POTUS. Maybe that was his goal all along.

Has anybody ever seen Gator and Trump in the same place at the same time? Just askin'! Maybe our resident loose cannon has a secret life!

I dunno, but Trump's right hand man or one of them, I didn't catch his name, was running his mouth about Trump having a right to run as a third party candidate and Hannity shut him up and told him this is just a repeat of the Ross Perot fiasco in 92. He drew just enough votes to kill it for George HW Bush and put Clinton in the White House. I noticed in 2004 Perot was pushing GWB. I think Perot saw the error of his ways, a little too little too late.

This is very fitting, because he was never going to be 'part' of the party he claims as his own. For the Donald, self trumps everything.

There's a lot of time left. Maybe he'll wear out his welcome before the primaries and give up.

People may love an ass...they just won't vote for an ass. Except for snake and Gator. They will vote for an ass, so long as "ass" is spelled with an "R".

Most people would vote for Sadam Hussien before voting in POTUS status quo, better the Devil you know etc.... Satan begins to look better than Hillary Klinton !

This is what I hope Trump does. He'll stir up the complacent other candidates and get them into a more fierce campaign role. And he does ask very uncomfortable questions of the Democrats, which keeps the public thinking of these issues instead of forgetting them.

Here's a pretty good Breitbart article about the 7 reasons why "The Donald" is helpful to the Republican party. I tend to agree with most of these points.

Trump is stirring the pot. MAYBE someone in the conservative field will develop the ability to use Donald's noise to join the fight. What comes out in the debates will determine who has the Tea Bags to become THE one to vote for. If elected it would be fun to watch Trump tell Putin, YOU"RE FIRED. If nominated the debate between Donald and Hildebeast would be priceless. The cream will rise to the top. If not Donald would be a better Comeover and Chief than Hildabeast. Consider this, a federal pant suit law could cripple the country. Later,

Cruz calling out Mitch McConnell on CSPAN on Friday as a liar when it came to backsliding a deal to re-establish the trade bank and block all amendments to the bill was refreshing to see, too.

    Simple answer.
    He did not change much.
His money was always good enough to spend as well as the next man's money.
