1911 Mags

Is there anyone that makes reliable extended (say 10 rds) 1911 mags?

Paul or anyone else that knows, RIA 10mm mags, any suggestions?

I'd love to try speed steel with a 1911 and some light loads since I seem to shoot it better than my glock but not with 8 rds.

I've always had good luck with Wilson combat mags.

I think my dad uses Chip McCormick ten rounders. He's happy with them.

    These are what I'm running
And except for the fact the OEM mag came with a bumper pad installed, because mine came with a mag funnel (since removed and sold) They LOOK identical (minus the meg-gar stamp on the side and a SLIGHT difference in the follower)

Biggest thing I run in my 45 are Wilson SS 8 rounders

    You DO know they make 15 & 20 round 1911 magazines....Right?
I've used a few over the years with mixed results...some functioned flawlessly others were balky...
When I was shooting bullseye a couple of decades ago I would often practice with a 20 rounder as a means of self-torture....

I've also had good performance with Wilson 10-rounders for my .45s, and Chip McCormick 10-rounders for my 10mm Razorback.

Another vote for Chip McCormick. I used his mags in Limited 10 and never had a hiccup.
