Class Dismissed!

The basic gunsmith/machine class finished up tonight with an egg shoot. Each of the eight students built their own Super Munk 22 pistol or rifle over the past 10 weeks! They performed machine work on the lathe and mill, hand work for the triggers, bedding, metal prep, and bluing. We had some great shooters!

Looks like some nice pistols were turned out by the group! Machining is some fun work when it involves firearms. The class done good!

I agree with all the above comments.

There's a lot of personal gratification, for both student and teacher, when you complete a project like that with the obvious fantastic results.
    Nice job to all!!:applause:

Wow did that start out as a blank and become a one piece barrel/receiver? Beautiful work. Teaching is almost more satisfying than doing anymore.

That is just awesome, I would love to take some gunsmith classes; all I know right now is just enough to make me dangerous!
