The cop's response is a bit odd. I just hope the kid and/or his Mom don't get charged with some penny ante charge over the kid having access to the tool needed to protect himself and his sister.

The cop is a bitch. That boy did a good job.

That's the way of the Socialist-Liberal Nanny-State (tm). You can be charged with 10 million different pseudo-"offenses"; there's no defense, there's no mitigating circumstances, there's no common sense. Guilty until proven innocent - and then you're still guilty. Big Brother is watching YOU!

Unless you're an illegal alien or a captured terrorist - then you may very well get a pass.

No good deed goes unpunished. Oh well. The situation begs the question - if dear ol' mom buys the weapon for home defense, of what use is it to the people in the home if they are denied access to it when they need it? huh? Huh? HUH?

Now Horse, here ya go trying to make sense out of this. In the Libtard world making sense only gets in the way of their agenda.
    Daddy, what's an enabler?
Son that's somebody with nothing to do with his time but keep me in trouble with mom.

It would seem that the boy was at least familiar with the pistol, I hope he had been taught the basic rules and I bet his mom is proud of him.

There was more time spent talking about the 11 y.o. having access to the pistol than there was about the worthless dirtbag breaking into the home. That's just wrong. Seems like just more vilify the victim and be sad for the perp crap, to me.

    That's exactly right.

And being scared that he knows the correct way to use it and hasn't become a sheep.

Just watched it again...was the cop actually disturbed that the kid defended his sister and himself? It seems to me that, barring any info that would show otherwise, this is pretty cut and dried. Even if he is anti gun, whey would the cop say that?

Because the kid and family are not a "highly trained" police officers, they dont know how to use a firearm and they shouldn't have anything but a phone with 911 on it. The family is "them".

The boy is brave enough to took the charge of protecting himself and his sister. Cops need to have a cup of coffee, as they have been behaving so slow and lousy these days.

They may have gotten there in good response time, and did their job to the best of their ability. There is zero fault with their performance here. The attitude of the one who got on camera is bothersome.

Hmm... I think you are right in one way. But don't you think that cops should have better than that? I have seen the performance of American cops, earlier they were much sharper and smarter in terms of their performance.
