Little classic I built for myself....still needs to hit the bluing tanks.

Just got done turning the barrel and doing the mill work today

    A .22 LR box says warning..... Range 1 or is it 1 1/2 miles. I think a .38 will travel 5000 feet or so if fired at the right degree of angle (45 deg)????

    What all did you do? Just the barrel and the rib/sights? How many yards were you at to shoot that group? Loads for that group?

    25 yard group...cheap georgia arms 158 LSWC

    turn the barrel from a blank..slab side...11 degree crown...8 degree forcing cone...crane ball detent...trigger...action...sight rib...

    pretty much everything...just didnt get to the bluing yet
