    By the time I had finally killed a decent buck, I had lost interest in having dead animal heads hanging on the wall. I had a couple of mallards for years that I used for a cap rack, but my wife gave them away while I was gone duck hunting. It was her first act of defiance in our marriage, and I never fully regained control. :tooth:

    With me, it's just the opposite. If I had killed a really nice specimen that I wanted to mount when I was younger, I couldn't afford it. Thankfully, my wife is supportive of having some of my prizes mounted and hanging on the wall.

    I wouldn't mind having a trophy or two on the wall, but I've never figured out what a trophy pdog looks like.
