Palmetto State Armory has rifle kits on Black Friday special ranging from $330 to $400. Or there's complete lower parts kits starting at $85, then get an upper without BCG or charging handle for $180, BCG for $70, plus a charging handle for $15, giving you a total of $350 in parts, minus the lower.

Still a little sleep in my eye's. I thought the title of your post was for a 410 (as in shotgun) AR-15. I missed the $ sign. But there was a moment of pause on my part wondering why on earth anyone would build a 410 AR-15 :uhm::uhm:
