For any duck hunters out there looking for a bargain. Rogers sporting goods in liberty mo has Remington 12 gauge 3" magnum nitro steel for $154 for a case of 10 boxes with a $100 mail in rebate. Makes them $5.40 a box....I bought a couple cases that should last through waterfowl season next year! They have #1 2 and 4 size shot. That is a bargain!!

Can't beat that with a stick. The case price is cheaper than most joints even before the rebate.

About what are your range limits using these loads?

No doubt about it, we shot the crap out of them today (see hunting thread) using these loads. Out to 40 yards or so, no problems, didn't really shoot past that today.

I used to use that ammo exclusively; now I use Winchester just because of local available supply.

Yep, I am with you on availability. But preference would be the Remington's for sure, which even sweetened the deal.
