Washington D.C. begins issuing CCW

I saw posts on another forum from members that have been approved for CCW in our Nations capitol, however, proof of need has made denial of the permits likely, so far very few permits have been issued, however a Federal court ruling agreed that arbitrary need based denials violates the Constitution !
We may see shall issue in Washington D.C yet !

Not unless we see it for every state. D,C. will only yield to the Supreme Court (maybe?), and if the Supreme Court makes it law in DC, it will apply to the other states, too.
