Interesting. My understanding is that Cerakote goes on thick enough so that it will affect the dimensions of closely fitted parts. Is it an issue when dealing with the gap? Does it apply even enough that you can keep the gap consistent on all chambers? Assuming you are starting with a stainless gun, do you coat the inside of the cylinder chambers? How about the rifling in the barrel?

Goes on .0005 thick. Doesn't go on sear angles in chambers or barrels.

It is not designed to be pretty, but functional for field shooting and hunting.
