Rear view mirror on hunting stand
Stopped by a buddies ranch today to help with a couple of projects. He was showing me one of his food plots and I noticed he had a 4" diameter bicycle rear view mirror attached to the side of tripod. I asked what's up with the mirror? He said he uses it to look behind him to minimize his movement. Hadn't ever thought of that trick. He said he kept getting busted by deer as he would turn to look behind him. I said does the rear view mirror well, he said like a champ.
Distance is not an issue, but the wind can make it interesting!

That is a totally awesome idea, I'll have to check out ebay or do a search. My buddy painted his mounting bar and back of the mirror dark green!
Found this online, pretty much the same thing only bigger mirror

Yes, but you would need to channel your inner cpj. That is dark and scary place most will not go.
