It's only true if it's on this forum where opinions are facts and facts are opinions

We had a 2-3 year run of morons smoking "Bath Salts" around here. Great times, totally out of it mentally, totally paranoid, completely able to fight. Usually wound up with Firemen, Paramedics and Cops all dog-piling the idiots to get them under control.

It must be frustrating, rescuing idiots who go right back and do it again once they recover even a little bit!

    I'm tellin ya..

Legalize it for anyone who wants it.
Have them register and get a Drug Purchasers Card for 300.
When they expire, the guys from Waste Management or whatever local refuse company get called, they turn in the card, heave the carcass into the back of the truck, 100 for the county of issue, WM gets 100 for the pickup, and each guy on the truck splits the 100 bucks for dealing with the nasty garbage.

    Self correcting problem

Why on earth should we pay out of what is supposed to be a supplement to my retirement that I paid for to bury a druggie who wants to die? They pay, up front , and they can buy whatever and use whatever. I can step over them until garbage day.

Heck, with a few more "occupy" movements, I could retire and go self employed. Put the skid steer to work loading dumpsters.
