But different?

"State department faults Clinton over email security..."

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-36382104

Mrs Clinton said the report showed she was no different from her predecessors.

Mrs Clinton's campaign says it showed that her practices were consistent with those of other secretaries of state who "also used personal email" and she was "not unique" in doing it.

Or the same...............?

"Instead, the “crying and angry” Turner, 26, was miffed because, as she told police, “Everyone steals from this store. Why are you picking on me?

Now she has something else in common with the "common folk."

"While she may not be able to relate financially to common folk, there is no doubt that she hears their struggle......"

Go Sister Go!

This is the typical ploy used by lawyers and politicians to get out in front of bad news, and pre-empt it by accepting the findings of an 'internal investigating authority' to a massively watered down version of the 'facts.' The hope is that a big story on a small infraction will allow the media to later downplay the whole thing, and give the AG cover for not bringing criminal charges that would be based on the actual criminal investigation. If the FBI Director is in on it, it will work, because he will simply deliver his findings, as opposed to recommending prosecution for crimes.

Personally, I don't know what to wish for. I would love to see actual justice done, with Hilary thrown under the jail, and Bill along with her. On the other hand, it would deprive a very weak Republican candidate of the opportunity to run against the only possible candidate that he might be able to beat. Leaving her in the race equals a splintered Democrat Party. Taking her out might be the best thing that could happen to a party that is anxious to march in lockstep for almost any other candidate.
