In a nutshell, bad guy grabs a girl, stabs her, good guys thump on bad guy, victim sues Target, Target sues bad guy and good guys, as of today, its settled. From the tv report, it was under a hour and they reached a settlement. Somehow I dont think it was a Pittsburgh Target shoppers writing the check. The protest outside was only up to one guy with a sign.

Methinks the goofball management got the word.

11 states are suing Obama/administration over the bathroom issue. Maybe more will follow. It's stupid on its face, and makes the ladies room a target rich environment for pedophiles and perverts.

About what? This incident happened 3 years ago and has nothing to do with Target's bathroom policy. As far as their exposure to lawsuits, nothing will change that short of closing the doors.

I have to disagree with the lady's room being any more of a problem area than it ever was, unless some **** banging his knee on the extra trash can on the side of the stall is a problem. Perverts have always been able to dress up like a woman to invade the inner sanctum of the lady's room. It's happened before this edict and it will happen after the lawsuit that strikes it down.

That is what it's all about, first they won't provide adequate security and now she can't even hide in the bathroom to get away from him. I believe e that proves they don't care about their female customers safety!

It was settled yesterday. It happened 3 years ago but yesterday they are trying to avoid bad press. It wasnt their exposure to lawsuits that was in question, it was the fact that they sued the guys who tackled the guy with the knife.

As to their bathroom policy, it isnt just trannys now and if a perv is in the womens head, Target is OK with it and wont remove him. You can walk in to the girls bathroom in street clothes while its full of little girls and they wont do anything per their policy.
