I do not entirely understand what that GOP Convention thingy was about (I thought at first "America's Got No Talent"? :uhm:) ................................ but that I like.

Adam Baldwin bucks the trend of Hollywood pretty hard and is a conservative person. Actually I think he's a bit right of Stephen.
Oh well I think I meant Adam. I get those guys mixed up, but not William and the other libtard.

No wait! I got my mind right. That WAS Stephen I was talking about. He's the religious one and conservative also. I don't know what happen to the Libtard side of their family. Alec is so far left he's goofy. He's as nutty as a pet **** in a peach orchard.

The ammo for these kinds of attacks has always been there, but their candidates weren't willing to use it, because they failed to recognize that the public would accept it.

That' No BS! If Trump was running as a Dummycrap, and he was in the lead in the primary, he'd have so much support and he'd be so far ahead the Republicans could just go home. Republicans wonder why they can't win an election? With that sort of thought process, we may as well go home and die.

I think the fun will really start when Trump and Hildebeest meet on stage for the debates this fall. With any luck at all he'll have her collapsed on the floor in a puddle of her own urine.

I don't argue with that. I have been advocating that Republicans play hardball for several campaigns past. The challenge is to do it without lowering standards to their level, i.e. doing it with lies and half-truths. The hard evidence exists, with which to direct withering attacks against Hilary. The problem with Trump is that he is not squeaky clean, himself, and in fact was donating to the Clintons while they were doing many of their dirty deeds. Add to that his willingness to stretch the truth, as he did continuously against his fellow Republicans throughout the primaries, and it can blow up in his face when he tries to sell it to non-groupies. His credibility sucks with everyone but his hardcore supporters.

Most folks will choose which candidate they dislike the least, if they think all other things are equal, so he has to be convincing on the Supreme Court appointments, immigration, and gun control issues, or he could blow it, on personality. If he is smart, he will send his very talented children out to do the real work, and stick to his teleprompter. He is not a slam dunk in debates, by any means. Regardless of what his cheerleaders think, he just wasn't that good.

I totally disagree. For Donald Trump, career "SUCCESSFUL Business man, he is doing it as well as he can be expected for a 70 year old non politician. In fact I think he's done exceptionally well. He just needs to turn down the Rhetoric and be a little smoother now that he has nothing to gain by slamming his critics and opponents.

In my mind, there's no question who will get my vote. The Donald could be a lot worse and still get my vote. I started out here thinking I will vote for the lesser of evils. That's how I got on Trumps side of the street. But lately, I feel he's just what we need. He's not a professional Republican conservative. But that's what we had, a bunch of fake conservatives that always ended up in bed with the Dummycraps. Trump never said he was conservative until now and that's because he truly wasn't. But I ask you this. How many people you recon Obummer's presidency might have changed? Once they saw what he was I think many did a self check and found they really didn't want anything to do with the libs. This was a good wake up call and lesson for us all. Now let's don't waste it by letting Hildabeast get in the door!

GOP needed a kick in their complacent asses for sometime now.

Cruz will speak tonight, hopefully endorsing Trump, not halfheartedly either as he jockeys for 2020................

Ohio GOV Kasich is being a butt-hole so far...............

This reminds me of the original Caddy Shack movie, Trump is Rodney D and Kasich is Ted Knight. Rodney kept driving Ted knight crazy with his off the wall behavior. Kasich is acting out Ted Knight's part to a tee.

I think by the end of the week most will be on board and unify behind Trump and the REP party's new platform. They would have had to make some changes to survive even if it wasn't Trump in this day and age.

Some pretty good speakers last night with powerful messages.

Right now the best of the best is speaking. I haven't heard Cruz speak this good since the campaign started. In fact I haven't heard anybody quite this good and I've heard some great ones, Rudy Giuliano, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, but Ted Cruz is forever laying it down right now. This is my dream, Ted and Trump are on the same side of the river. People, Ted Cruz is a GREAT American. Believe it!

I can't believe I was thinking these things such a short time ago. I can't believe it. Ted Cruz could have helped the chances of winning this election but he chose to Crap in his mess kit.

He never endorsed Trump. Is he still a Great American, or is he a Ted Knight?

Cruz didn't endorse Trumip. I thought he was going to, but he pulled a James Comey. He got everybody on the edge of their seat and then he didn't.

I thought he was doing it. I thought he said some classy things, but he didn't do it. But why was Trump giving him the thumbs up? He said everything that he could have said without saying it. At first though I thought he said plenty that it was as good as an endorsement, but after the fact it pissed me off. All Ted had to do was give him his mickey mouse endorsement. 4 words, I Endorse Donald Trump. End of story. Why Ted Why?

Whatever Snake. He out and out dissed Trump. The crowd figured it out, why can't you. Your hero hates your new hero. What a conundrum.

Ted's father was a Commie until after he came here (not at first), he was jailed and tortured as a Castro and Che Guevara supporter against Batista. He claims he didn't realize what they were until later.

Look it up. I too at first thought he fled communism for freedom in the USA like many others. It probably was his dad handing out Commie leaflets in that photo because he still supported them at that time.

I liked how Trump just had to enter the building and show himself to the crowd during Cruz's speech. Cruz and Trump aren't going to be bros anytime soon.

Doesn't matter much now, Cruz lost by what 4 to 1 in delegates..............he and JEB and Kasich and others all signed an agreement to support the winner if they lost.............they should be as gracious as Ronnie was when he stood side by side with Ford who he lost to and endorsed him.

Cruz is trying to set up his 2020 run...........he said vote your conscience up and down the ballot for the ones who will support our constitution...........well as Newt just said that leaves only Trump now doesn't it?

It is no secret I was a Cruz supporter and I thought the first half of his speech was really good but not so much the last half. I did lose some respect for him tonight. If you can't endorse your partys nominee then you don't make a speech. I still have not to the point that I can vote for Trump but I did not like what Cruz did.
