Sounds like a legal self defense case. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office will probably see it as so and not even present it to a grand jury.

Since the armed thief expired, she saved the county thousands and thousands of dollars, too.

That's awesome. Good for her. One less piece of fecal matter roaming the streets.

Good for Ms. Miracle....It'd be nice if this was a lead story on MSNBC, but they won't, as we all know. It doesn't fit their agenda.

Good for her and good thing she had witnesses to maybe keep it out of the courts. If not and the guy's family or friends wanted to fight it and make it something it wasn't it could have drug on for months or years before she was acquitted.

Those kinds of cases don't go very far with credible witnesses.

It's more a matter that it's more difficult nowadays. They let the potential victims be armed. Now that's no fair for the poor criminal who's only trying to make a living the only way he knows how. It's hard to look into the victim's eyes and tell whether they're a threat to you if he/she may be carrying a gun. And that's a big point that the Libtard Antis don't get. They spend all their time and energy trying to convince us all that we're not capable of using a gun in a situation. We should just let the criminal have his way with us and pray the cops just happen on the scene before he harms us. The Antis believe in a Good Luck policy rather than a good plan to defend theirselves.

And the best thing is, if she is ruled as justified, the aggressor cannot file suit in civil court. There is an AZ state constitutional amendment that prohibits it, though it has not yet been tested or expanded to thug families - looks like a good test case if need be. :) AZCDL would step up to help.

That amendment will never stand a legal test. It can't possibly, it makes sense.
