    Dead won't be a threat to anyone anymore; being Mexico the same kind of Avocado Republic we are, usual treatment for child rapist/murderers is a slap in the hand, a few years in prison (Usually 5 or less) enjoying a lifestyle usually better than the one they had when roaming free, and then back in the streets for more victims. Almost all the rapist/murderers that are shown here almost daily in the news have performed at least half a dozen attacks, usually against their relatives and friends before being caught.

    If the perpetrator of a heinous act such as the one this scumbag committed manages to get away for a time, there should be an arrest, followed by due process of law, followed by an execution in due time, after all the legal niceties are observed. If he's caught in the act, he shouldn't be allowed to survive the arrest process.
